Key Stage 1
Our topic for the first half of the Autumn term is 'We are treasure hunters' and we will be programming bee bots. For the second half of the term our topic is 'We are celebrating' and we will be making a card electronically.
Key Stage 2
Year 3 and 4’s – Our topic for the first half of the Autumn term is 'We are computer programmers' and we will be creating an animation using Scratch. For the second half of the term our topic is 'We are sound recordists' and we will be recording and editing sound.
Year 5 and 6’s – Our topic for the first half of the Autumn Term is 'We are computer programmers' and we will be creating games using Scratch and for the second half of the term our topic is 'We are advertisers' and we will be recording and editing film.

Use of technology
All children in school will have access to ‘Ed Shed’ , ‘Numbots’ and ‘TT rockstars’ and will learn to use this software independently. They will also have their own log in for use at home. In school they will develop their skills using a variety of programs and apps on tablets and they will become familiar using laptops.
